Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
The return request must be raised from the same account used to place the order
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products on sale or clearance
Gift cards
Items damaged due to customer misuse
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
A damaged product
A defective product
A wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear product images
Unboxing video (if available)
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will be notified via email
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong item), return shipping will be free
For all other returns, shipping charges will be borne by the customer
Exchange Policy
Exchange is allowed only for size issues, subject to stock availability
Exchange request must be placed within 7 days of delivery
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
