Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their order under the following conditions:
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be allowed
Cancellation requests must be made from the same account used to place the order
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, please:
Log in to your My Store account and go to My Orders, or
Contact our customer support team with your Order ID
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If the order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refund processing time is 5–7 business days
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled:
Orders that have already been shipped
Orders placed during special sales or promotional offers
Customized or special-request products (if applicable)
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
If a COD order is refused at delivery without valid reason, future COD orders may be restricted
