Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at My Store. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order under the following conditions:

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be allowed

  • Cancellation requests must be made from the same account used to place the order


How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, please:

  • Log in to your My Store account and go to My Orders, or

  • Contact our customer support team with your Order ID


Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time is 5–7 business days


Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Orders that have already been shipped

  • Orders placed during special sales or promotional offers

  • Customized or special-request products (if applicable)


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • If a COD order is refused at delivery without valid reason, future COD orders may be restricted
