Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • The return request must be raised from the same account used to place the order

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear and intimate garments

  • Products on sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse


Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear product images

  • Unboxing video (if available)

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong item), return shipping will be free

  • For all other returns, shipping charges will be borne by the customer


Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed only for size issues, subject to stock availability

  • Exchange request must be placed within 7 days of delivery


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled
